Whether you grew up drinking Sattu ka sharbat or you’re discovering it for the first time — here are the easiest and most delicious ways to use Kabar Sattu.
1. Add 3–4 tbsp Kabar Sattu to a glass
2. Pour in 250ml cold water
3. Add salt, roasted cumin, black pepper to taste
4. Squeeze in ½ lemon, stir well
5. Add ice, garnish with fresh mint & serve
1. Mix Sattu with mustard oil, garlic, green chilli, ginger, onion
2. Season with ajwain, lemon juice, salt
3. Stuff into wheat dough balls
4. Bake in oven or over coals at 200°C, 25–30 mins
5. Serve hot with ghee & Baigan chokha
1. Blend 2 tbsp Kabar Sattu with 1 cup milk
2. Add 1 banana + 1 tsp honey
3. Add a pinch of cardamom (elaichi)
4. Blend until smooth and frothy
5. Serve immediately as a post-workout drink
